Nope. If there are meals you don't want to make, just just don't check the box to 'Add' them to your weekly menu. That will also leave that meal’s ingredients out of your customized grocery list. We do recommend reading through the 'Smarts from the Team' on each meal plan to see if there are any meal dependencies before you select not to make a meal.
We find that our most satisfied members often will select 2 to 3 meals from the current menu and then add favorites from the Archives to fill out the rest of their week. You can also adjust the serving sizes to make enough for leftovers as well.
