Each one of our meals comes with a gluten-free, paleo, and vegetarian option. We didn’t want to lock people into just one single diet choice, as we know some of you may want to eat more vegetarian but not become pure vegetarian. With our service, you can select to eat vegetarian two nights a week and paleo the other nights. It’s super flexible!
If your diet needs are more specific, we have an incredibly active and supportive Facebook group filled with members who modify our meal plans for a wide variety of dietary restrictions (e.g., FODMAP, keto, allergies, etc). If you haven't joined, you can do so here - it's a great place to ask the community for modifications!
